There are many ways to submit a support ticket if you have a question, comment, or concern:



  • Click on the small grey email icon in the bottom left corner of any lionbrand.com page. A widget will appear and you can fill out your email address, a subject and description of the problem, and an order number (if applicable). You will also need to select a category for your inquiry (this ensures your ticket will go directly to the agent it needs to).


  • Visit our new support page at support.lionbrand.com. Click on "New support ticket" on the right hand side. On mobile devices, this will be the "+" icon next to the search bar. You can fill out your email address, a subject and description of the problem, and an order number (if applicable). You will also need to select a category for your inquiry (this ensures your ticket will go directly to the agent it needs to).


When one of our agents replies to your ticket, you will automatically get an email notification. This email will be the point of contact between you and us. Please respond to that email without changing the subject of the email.


When you submit a ticket, an account will be automatically created for you on our support website. You should instantly receive an additional email with an activation link to change your new account's password. If you prefer, you may use this account to add replies to your ticket (and all future tickets). Otherwise, simply reply to the email.
