In the mean time, here is a work around (it will not pose a security threat):
In an older version of Firefox:
Go to: Tools > Options > Advanced > Certificates > Validation > Untick "Use the Online Certificate Status Protocol (OCSP) to confirm the current validity of cetrificates" box > click OK
In a newer version of Firefox:
Go to: Options > Advanced > Untick "Query OCSP responder servers to confirm the current validity of certificates" box > click OK
In Internet Explorer:
Go to: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Security > Validation > Untick "Check for server certificate revocation check box > click OK
You will need to restart IE for this to take effect.
In Microsoft Edge:
One unconfirmed solution is to try removing the "https://" from the beginning of the link. Otherwise, please attempt the other solutions or contact support.
