Orders in our system cannot be edited. If you would like to change the contents of your order, you will need to cancel it and reorder the desired contents.
If you recently placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call 1-800-258-9276 during normal business hours and let us know.
In most cases we can cancel an order within 12 hours, but this is not a guarantee. If your order contents have been picked and are ready to ship, we will be unable to cancel it. In this case, you may refuse delivery or return it to us for a full refund.
We offer our customers the option to return products within sixty (60) days after the product shipment date excluding certain products that may not be returnable (e.g., final sale products). All returned products must be unused and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer support at email@example.com. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. All products not returned in accordance with the return procedures shall be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
Every order contains a packing slip with return information printed on the back. You will need to fill out all applicable information and ship to the address noted on the slip. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your refund to be fully processed. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product.
