To check your order status, sign into your Lion Brand account and visit the account page. All orders made using your email address should appear on this page, along with order number, date of order, and order status.
Please note that the delivery time estimates provided by Lion Brand reflect the time it takes to arrive after it ships from our warehouse. The estimates do not account for internal order processing time that is always subject to increase during high volume sales. Please also note that we are not able to provide estimated delivery dates. These dates are established by the carrier. Domestic orders are shipped via economy shipping and takes 3-9 business days to be delivered.
For domestic orders, kindly allow 1-2 weeks to receive your order, and for international orders, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. If you encounter any issues with your tracking number, we recommend using a universal tracking website to verify if the tracking number is functioning correctly and if there has been any movement in the shipment. Please note that with international orders, there might be periods without tracking updates as the package is being transferred between different carriers while in transit to its next destination.
Out of Stock Items
Please be advised that if you purchase an item that is out of stock, your entire order will be held until we restock that item. If you would like to receive the in-stock items and wait for the out-of-stock items, please contact customer service and request a split shipment (accommodating this request is not guaranteed).
