CHANGES
Orders in our system cannot be edited. If you would like to change the contents of your order, you will need to cancel it and reorder the desired contents.

CANCELLATIONS

If you recently placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email support@lionbrand.com and enter ‘cancellation request’ in the subject line along with the order number, and any other information that you would like to add to the body of the correspondence.

Everything will be done to accommodate the cancellation, but depending upon where the order is in processing, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee it. In this case, you may refuse delivery or return it to us for a full merchandise refund.

RETURNS
We offer our customers the option to return products within sixty (60) days after the product shipment date excluding certain products that may not be returnable (e.g., final sale products). All returned products must be unused. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. Any products not returned in accordance with the return procedures may be donated or destroyed and no refund will be issued.

Every order contains a packing slip with return information printed on the back. You will need to fill out all applicable information and ship to the address noted on the slip. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your refund to be fully processed. The amount of your refund is determined only by the products you are returning – shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
