We take every precaution to prevent this from occurring, but sometimes accidents do happen. If you receive the wrong order, please do the following:
- Please visit our online returns portal to start a US-based return and be sure to include your original order number as well as the order number on the package you received. For international returns please contact customer service at support@email.lionbrand.com
- Let us know if you would like a free reshipment or a full refund
We will let you know if the order you received needs to be returned – if so, we'll provide a prepaid label for you to ship it back to us.
