We take every precaution to prevent this from occurring, but sometimes accidents do happen. If you receive the wrong order, please do the following:
- Submit a ticket explaining the issue, and be sure to include your original order number as well as the order number on the package you received
- Let us know if you would like a free reshipment or a full refund
We will let you know if the order you received needs to be returned – if so, we'll provide a prepaid label for you to ship it back to us.
