Unfortunately, there are a number of reasons why downloading patterns can present an issue. Some adblocking, cache-clearing, or even antivirus extensions may interfere with the ability to download our patterns. Please check that these are disabled and try once more.
It is also known that some browsers (especially Safari) have trouble running website scripts – this mostly depends on your browser's security settings. We would recommend trying out a clean install of another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
