If, for any reason, you find yourself not entirely pleased with the yarn's performance, you have the option to return it at your own expense, regardless of its form (skeins, projects, etc.). A proof of purchase (receipt) is required for the return process. Once we receive the returned yarn, Lion Brand will either replace it or provide a refund in the form of credit to lionbrand.com.

Please be aware that returns are only accepted within 60 days from the date of original purchase. Additionally, we reserve the right to exercise judgment and apply limitations in these cases.
